A few words about workshops and speeches.

Attending many workshops in the past years, I got to know a lot of people, some of them I even call friends now, filled up my head with a whole ton of inspiration and simply experienced unforgettable adventures. And all in all, the path I’ve been walking as a photographer as well as a human being, was definitely shaped by these workshops in some way. For this reason I feel extremely honored being a speaker myself at photography events, workshops and gatherings - especially as a Sony Europe Imaging Ambassador - as well as being able to host full day workshops for fellow wedding photographers. Thereby I always give my best to really share all the knowledge I have about everything I’ve learned along the way without holding anything back.

And you can’t imagine how excited I am to get to know all of you and give you a little bit of inspiration and motivation for your own business. If you want, you can find upcoming speaking and workshop dates a bit further down this page; it would be awesome to meet you soon at one of the events! Otherwise, if you’d like to have a more intimate chat and want to talk about something specific regarding your own situation, I also offer one to one mentoring sessions where we can talk about everything relevant for you, whether it’s storytelling, blogging, website, pricing and marketing in general, editing, posing or having a portfolio review. Just shoot me a message, tell me where you struggle and together we can move a step further.

I truly believe that we’re all in this together
and we’re better off helping each other.

Some words about the most important tools in my bag.

2x Sony Alpha 9

My two workhorses. Small, black, unobtrusive and silent. Completely silent like an iPhone. This allows me to even capture crying men pretty close without disturbing.
Truly a game changer in my photography.

Sony FE 24mm F1.4 GM
Tiny, lightweight, fast and unbelievably sharp while
having a smooth bokeh. Could you ask for anything more in a lens? Probably not. That’s why I absolutely love it.

Distagon T* FE 35 mm F1,4 ZA
If I could only carry one lens, it would be the 35. By far
my favorite focal length because it forces me to always go
a step closer while maintaining a pleasing aesthetic.

Planar T* FE 50mm F1.4 ZA

If I could carry another lens besides the 35, this would
be it. And maybe it’s the best lens I’ve ever owned. Paired with the 35 I could easily shoot weddings forever.

Sony FE 85 mm F1,4 GM
Even though it’s an amazing lens with a monster bokeh, I use it rather infrequently. However, for bigger ceremonies and speeches I definitely wouldn’t want to go without it.

2x Sony F43M Speedlites
To me, speedlites simply through light onto subjects and I hardly ever used them besides the party. And these rather small ones do exactly that and work even in heavy bursts.

Maybe it’s not about being different after all
but about discovering your true self and embrace it.

A huge thankyou to Sony for the support and appreciation.
